Agreement

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

We may update them. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the version then in force.

What the service is

This is a set of free tools that turn images into pixel art. All processing happens in your browser, on your own device. There are no accounts, no paid tiers, and no limit on how many images you convert.

The service is provided as it exists today. We may change, add, or remove tools and features at any time, and we may take the site offline permanently without notice. Nothing here commits us to keeping any particular tool running.

Your images and your output

You keep every right you already had in the images you convert. We never receive them, so we acquire no licence to them, claim no ownership of anything you export, and impose no attribution requirement.

You may use what you export commercially, including in games, prints, and products you sell.

You are responsible for holding the rights to what you put in. Converting an image does not create permission to use it.

Acceptable use

The tools are meant for making pixel art. They are not to be used for:

• Sexual content involving minors, or any other material that is illegal where you are.
• Material designed to impersonate a real person in order to deceive.
• Disrupting the site, scraping it at a volume that degrades it for other people, or working around limits imposed at the hosting layer.
• Presenting the site as your own, or reselling access to it.

How this is enforced

Because processing happens on your device, we cannot see what you convert, and so we cannot enforce most of the section above technically. It is a statement of what the service is for. The legal responsibility for what you make with it is yours, not ours.

What we can do, and will, is block access at the hosting layer to traffic that degrades the site for other people.

No warranty

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be available, that a conversion will be free of defects, or that any result will be suitable for a particular use. Browsers differ, and a feature that behaves one way in one browser may behave differently in another.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site — including lost work, lost time, and lost revenue.

Some jurisdictions do not allow those exclusions, in which case they apply only as far as that jurisdiction permits. The service is free, so any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is nothing.
